REFUND POLICY
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made within 14 days of the order being delivered. If you would like to cancel your order, email eloisebjewellerydesigns@gmail.com stating:-
1. Your name
2. Order number.
3. Confirmation that you would like to cancel your order.
Your order must then be returned to Eloise B within 14 days. Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Any free gifts received must be returned with the order, before it can be refunded.
Faulty Item
If you receive an item that is faulty, please email eloisebjewellerydesigns@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt of the item. You can also contact me within 6 months if an item develops a fault that is not due to general wear and tear.
You may be requested to provide a photo and/or return the item before the item is replaced, repaired or refunded in order to determine or rectify the fault. After 30 days, you may be offered a repair or replacement only. You will, however, be fully reimbursed for the outgoing postage if the item is found to be faulty.
Please keep your postage receipt, as it will be needed for the refund. Also, you may need to claim from the shipping service provider, if the returned item is lost in transit.
Lost Orders
Orders that have not been received will be not refunded or remade until they have been considered lost by Royal Mail, which is 10 working days after the order was due for the UK.
International orders can take up to 7 working days for delivery and are not counted as lost until 20 working days after the order was due for items being sent to Europe and after 25 working days for everywhere else.
Please be advised that these are guidelines and due to the busy Christmas season and certain circumstances such as Covid-19, some deliveries may take up to 10 working days longer than stated and will not be classed as lost until such time.
You are required to contact me within 30 days of non receipt of an order.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed via the same payment used to purchase the goods.
